The staff members were nice and courteous. Reasonably spacious room and lovely bed so I slept well. The hotel had a nice breakfast with a huge variety of items to choose from.

The king room is new-fashioned with cooked breakfast with a cafetiere, a very comfy bed, nice toiletries. The hotel is set in a marvellous location adjacent to Nuneaton, about as romantic as the Black Death, and Indian restaurant next to nice pub. 1 km away there is Wing Fat, serving quick meals. They have a downstairs bar.

The stay here was good on a business trip. My room was good sized and complete with all the facilities as well as nice furnishings.
The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The breakfast was satisfactory with home made marmalade which was lovely, toast and muesli and we spent evenings in the downstairs bar on-site. The location seemed marvellous and handy close to shops.

Friendly accommodation with super setting next to a trolley outside the door as well as communal areas. Ideal and brilliant rooms available with free WiFi and all round good value for money plus front bedrooms. Lovely staff throughout. Fabulous experience there.

Marvellous and handy location - a short way from everywhere we needed. Plus, George Eliot Statue was not too far away from the venue. It was new-fashioned, recently decorated and with comfortable beds.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.
